Project Description
The Campbell Gray Hotel project involved the transformation of a tall 22-story landmark tower, originally designed as an office building, into a high-end boutique luxury hotel. The project maintained the building’s volumetric composition while repurposing it to accommodate 180 keys. It features an 8-story podium and 7 basements, housing various facilities including 2 restaurants, meeting rooms, a cigar lounge, a ballroom, an open-air restaurant, and a health spa.
