The Najmat Residential Tower, situated in Abu Dhabi’s prestigious Reem Island development, stands as a testament to luxury living. Commissioned by Reem Developers, the tower offers a blend of upscale residential units and office spaces across its podium levels, catering to the diverse needs of its occupants.

BEAD Architects and Engineers undertook the design of two plots within the development, ensuring a harmonious architectural language between the residential and hotel apartment buildings. The design prioritized functionality, safety, and elegance, with a focus on integrating modern firefighting systems to meet stringent safety standards.

Targeting the upper echelon of the market, the residential units reflect the opulence synonymous with Reem Island’s reputation as a luxury lifestyle destination. CCG’s involvement in the project encompassed the meticulous preparation of comprehensive MEP design drawings and specifications, as well as overseeing the Estidama MEP submission package. Additionally, CCG provided Architect of Record services to ensure adherence to design intent and regulatory
